BonChon Chicken Restaurant Leaves Annandale
The popular Korean fried chicken eatery has been replaced with a new, similar restaurant.
Bad news for Annandale residents hoping to get their Korean fried chicken fix: BonChon has left Annandale. A representative in the BonChon New York headquarters, who declined to give their name, said the BonChon franchise located at 6653 Little River Tpke., Suite H in the Willow Run Shopping Center is no longer at that address. However, the company still lists Annandale as a location on their website. The representative declined to give a reason as to why the franchise left. A new restaurant, Chi-MC Chicken & Beer, has replaced BonChon, but patrons can expect similar food under a different name. A sign on the door says the name of the location changed January 2013.
