Planning Commission Approves Application for Brightview Senior Living Facility in Holmes Run
The assisted living facility would be located on Gallows Road, if the application is approved by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
The Fairfax County Planning Commission last week approved an application for a new assisted living facility in the Holmes Run neighborhood. Shelter Group, Inc. submitted an application to build Brightview Senior Living assisted living facility on Gallows Road last year. The facility would be built on four lots of land, approximately 6.36 acres of land located in the Holmes Run neighborhood at 3444, 3450, and 3454 Gallows Road. The single-family homes currently on each of the four lots will be razed. About 1 acre of Gallows Road, not included in the six acres, will also be cut out to create a residential lot.
