My guess is that Robert Sarvis, had he been in the Senate this last session, would have at a minimum insisted on a vote on the transportation bill that passed the House of Delegates that would have required the VA DMV to prioritize their road projects by severity of congestion. This would have effectively placed noerthern Virginia at or near the top of the list. The bill died in committee in the … more ›
