Vornado Releases Video Preview for Springfield Town Center
New video gives insight into shopping mall scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2014.
Vornado Realty Trust has provided a preview video of the Springfield Town Center which is expected to be completed by summer 2014. The new video — provided on the Vornado and shopping center Web sites — elaborates on the Springfield area and new features shoppers can expect when the center opens next year. Some features, Springfield and surrounding area residents should expect, include a multi-screen cinema, a new main entrance with valet parking, a health club, 700-seat food court, multiple kids' areas throughout the property and more than 7,600 parking spaces. According to the video, more than 500,000 cars pass the property daily and about 10,000 D.C. metro riders stop at the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station which is a 10-minute walk …
