Hi Daniel. I just posted a short article on this. Everyone I spoke with at Caraluzzi's said the store is out of business. ACE was locked and dark today, with no notice on the door.

I agree - I use that lower fat cream cheese and it makes no difference in a dip. The fat free cheeses tend to have a rubbery texture. Enjoy the game!

Kolam in Newtown has quite a few vegetable entrees, many of which appear to be dairy free. http://www.kolamrestaurant.com/ In my experience, many chefs are quite accommodating if they know your needs ahead of time.

That white pesto sounds amazing. I just bought local pesto yesterday and look forward to using it tonight. In addition to using it in pasta, I like to split a ciabatta loaf, spread it with pesto and broil for a few minutes.
